Olive Oil Dipping Dish With Italian Shrimp

Extra Virgin Olive Oil For The Dipping Dishes

• Set of four cruets.com olive oil dipping dishes
• Two pounds raw jumbo shrimp
• One cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• One and one half teaspoons salt
• One half teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• Three quarter cup dry bread crumbs

Remove all shells from the shrimp. Remove the veins and then wash the shrimp well. Immerse in the olive oil, then remove and season to taste with salt and pepper, before rolling the shrimp in the bread crumbs. Position on a baking dish coated with olive oil or butter. Broil for five minutes. Arrange the shrimp around each dipping dish. Then, fill each of the dipping dish with equal amounts of the remaining olive oil. Dip the shrimp in the olive oil and enjoy.
